Albany, New York – July 19, 2017

Police say a Latham woman attacked a church employee in Albany because her car was towed.

Cheonne Brace, 23, is accused of punching a 68-year-old woman in the mouth, then putting her in a headlock and repeatedly slamming her head into a wall.

Police say this happened around 9 a.m. June 28 in the Westminster Church on Chestnut Street.

They say Brace attacked the woman because the church towed her car, which was parked in the church’s lot.
