Seattle, Washington – The Seattle Archdiocese is a possible target of data thieves, and some of the 90,000 church employees may have been harmed by it.
Employees have been notified by the IRS that tax returns have already been filed by someone other than the employee and his tax return is being held up as a result.
According to the report at KiroTV.com, there may be evidence the Archdiocese may have known about the data theft, but failed to report it to employees. The FBI and IRS are investigating the incident. See The Full Report Here
